Key Service

• Implementation of free primary health care services for all in Urban area including OPD service, laboratory service, ANC service, Immunisation service, family planning service, referral service in 3 UPHCs.
• Conducting Special outreach camps targeting vulnerable community and prioritising distant locations following a need based approach.
• Arrangement of UHNDs for giving nutritional support and health benefits for urban beneficiaries viz pregnant mothers, children, adolescents and eligible couples.
• Community empowerment by forming MAS and orienting them periodically to conduct health sessions for upliftment of health and sanitation within the community.
• Implementation of the following programmes of major public health concern at CMC area –
• IPPI Programmes
• Dengue Prevention & Management.
• NLEP - Routine Urban Leprosy survey.
• Kalaazar ACS & IRS activity.
• NTEP - Active Case Finding.
